All KLUFARMA Cosmetic Products are Registered in the European Union Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP), directly by the Manufacturer. To sell Cosmetic Products supplied by KLUFARMA into a certain country-market – the Reseller Company needs to add its basic company details in the CPNP . At request - KLUFARMA will support the Reseller to fill in the CPNP A to Z Registration; No additional work is required from the Reseller (other than to provide KLUFARMA with the data to register).

Not necessarily; KLUFARMA can sell you products only by invoice (paid in advance, in full); Alternatively – if we sign a contract – KLUFARMA offers a stable and serious collaboration with Contractual Terms (Customized Payment Terms, Discounted Prices, Rebates, etc).

KLUFRAMA does not apply any MOQ in terms of financials (money). In example: Resellers can order products in value of 10 EUR or 10,000 EUR at their own discretion, without any minimum EUR amount condition. As a basic rule, KLUFARMA sells its products in EXW/ FCA Bucharest Incoterm. It means KLUFARMA loads the goods in Reseller’s transportation vehicles (or Reseller’s courier) at KLUFARMA’s Warehouse from Bucharest/ ROMANIA. At particular Reseller’s request – KLUFARMA can sell the goods in DAP Reseller Premises Incoterm. It means KLUFARMA will transport the goods to Reseller’s premises, taking full responsibility for transportation and insurance. DAP conditions will be quoted separately, including an additional price charged by KLUFARMA for transportation and insurance, based on each order volume & weight. Logistics terms apply.

For DAP Deliveries – KLUFARMA has long term agreements with well-known international Courier Companies such as DHL and DPD (BRT Italy). Therefore – KLUFARMA offers stable delivery conditions in terms of lead time and customer service with full transparency of the tracking based on the AWB number. KLUFARMA can provide some of the best transportation rates and lead times on the market. For Small Urgent Orders up to 4 kgs – KLUFARMA can dispatch the goods with DHL Express courier with delivery in 24-48 hrs to Reseller Premises. For Larger and palletized Orders – KLUFARMA can dispatch the goods to main EU countries (IT/ DE/ FR/ ES) with delivery in 3 – 5 working days as well.

KLUFARMA maintains stocks in its Bucharest warehouse for the majority of the products in its catalogues. As a basic rule, KLUFARMA will confirm an order lead time for each Reseller’s order. In general - from Reseller’s Order to Ready for Dispatch - KLUFARMA offers 5 to 10 working days for stock orders of small to medium volumes.
